Daniel L. Kracht

Daniel Lee Kracht, age 51 of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, September 24, 2017. Daniel was born in Plymouth to Raymond and Patricia (Greibe) Kracht on October 7, 1965. He attended local schools and graduated from Plymouth High School. Daniel was employed at Elenco Carbide & Tool as a CNC Operator. Daniel was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the Longtail Sportsman Club. If he wasnt hunting or fishing, he could be found either spending time with his beloved grandchildren who fondly called him "papa" or talking about them. Daniel was an amazing grandfather and took much pride in his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives he has touched. Daniel was also a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ. Survivors include Brenda Lensmire; his four sons, Joshua Kracht of Wisconsin, Justin Kracht of Plymouth, Eric (Kayla) Brickbauer of Plymouth and Garrett Kracht of Plymouth; his three grandchildren, Cayden, Gemma, and Deacon Brickbauer; father, Raymond; brothers and sisters, Terri (Dale) Weber of Plymouth, Shannon (Mike) Steiner of Glenbeulah, Steve (Erma) Kracht of Glenbeulah, Brian (Tracy) Kracht of Howards Grove, and Debi Kracht of Plymouth. Aunts, Uncle and other family and friends further survive. Daniel was preceded in death by his mother Patricia. A funeral service for Daniel will be held 6 PM, Thursday, September 28 at Immanuel United Church of Christ with Rev. Laura Yurs, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Family and friends may gather at the church, W3694 Cty FF, Plymouth on Thursday from 2 PM until the time of service at 6 PM. A memorial fund has been established in Daniels name.
