William "Bill" C. Dedlow, 70, of Plymouth, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Atrium Care of Plymouth. Bill was born on June 23, 1946 in Plymouth, a son of the late Walter, Sr. and Margaret (Hein) Dedlow. He grew up in the Plymouth and Elkhart Lake areas attending school in Plymouth. He was united in marriage to Sharon Schneider in July of 1967. He later married Rita Niedfeldt in 1972. Bill was employed with various companies throughout the Plymouth area among which managing Dinos Pizza House was a favorite. He also owned and operated Willow Furniture Service where he was an accomplished furniture refinisher. Bill had a variety of interests with NASCAR and Road America among his strongest. At Road America he was more than a spectator but also an eager volunteer. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting along with being an avid Packer fan. Bill is survived by his wife, Rita; two sons, Roger (Dedlow) Schmahl of Sheboygan Falls and Daniel (Dedlow) Schmahl of Plymouth; two daughters, Heather Dedlow (TJ) of Sheboygan and Tanya (Cory) Garcia of Plymouth; a stepson, Mark Brueggemann (Rhonda) of Pewaukee; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hanson of Sheboygan, Payton Garcia of Plymouth , Chase and Skylar Brueggemann of Pewaukee. He is further survived by his first wife, Sharon Schmahl , Ritas brothers and sisters along with other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter, Jr. and Richard and two sisters, June Hoover and Shirley Weiher. A memorial service to honor Bills life will be held 2 PM, Sunday, October 30 at Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Marianne Brandt officiating. His cremated remains will be laid to rest at a later date. Family and friends may call at Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Services, 123 South St. on Sunday from 11 AM until the time of service at 2 PM. Bills family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the staff of Sharon S, Richardson Hospice and the Atrium Post Acute Care Center. Your kindness and concern will be remembered.
